ahh I'm sad to hear this Jody!! But I'm blessed to hear how clearly you hear God's calling and the way that's the most important thing in your life. (Also, to be honest I thought you were MUCH younger when I met you!!). I'm really grateful we got to meet in person, and I pray it's a sweet time of committing to your family and church and coaching. I'm rooting for you! Always around if you need anything

Claire, thank you. Your note here made me smile..... Yes, I'm excited too about the next season and thanks for rooting for me!

(yeah, people are usually surprised when they learn my age--I have good genes and God's grace to credit for that.) See you on Notes :-)

Aww, I'll miss your posts, Jody!

But I also completely understand, and I think it's great you're taking time for yourself and your family. That's truly what matters in the long run...Best wishes for the future!

Spiritual direction is such a gift. (I see mine tomorrow. We've been together for twelve years.)

Blessings, Jody.

The way in which you recognize your capacities and choose to focus on what is important serves as a positive example for those of us who try a little too hard to do it all.

May God bless the next part of the journey He has prepared for you.

"Auf Wiedersehen" is the perfect choice because it means "until we meet again." 💚

I recently left WordPress after about 8 years. I’ve moved to Substack to write reviews, etc. So I too have made a change.

All the best!
